Media Classes Celebrate Respect for All Week by Creating PSA Videos.
Starting on January 27th, in celebration of New York City’s Respect for All Week, Ms. Choriatis’s Multimedia Journalism classes started on the creation of Public Service Announcements. For the PSAs, students created films focused on the themes of Respect for All week. These project topics included Celebrating Kindness/Be an Ally, Anti-Bullying/Cyberbullying, Respect for Diversity, Disability, Religious Acceptance, Racial Diversity, Gender Identity, and Sexual Orientation, LGB

Media Classes Design Promotional Posters for The School Community
Throughout December 17th to the 23rd, Martin Van Buren’s Multimedia Journalism class introduced a project in which students were able to unleash their creativity and artistic choices. Media Class Field Trip to Lincoln Center
On November 19, 2025, Ms. Choriatis and Mr. McCloud took the Media and Leadership students on an exciting trip to Lincoln Center in Manhattan to watch a Japanese Anime called, “Angel’s Egg.” The Media and Leadership students left the school at 7:30am and took an hour and a half long trip on a Coach Bus to enjoy the art of theater and anime.
