MVB Food Drive

During the months of October to November in 2025, Martin Van Buren is hosting a food drive to support those affected by the hurricane, Mellisa, in Jamaica.

Students and staff work together to donate non-perishable foods for those in Jamaica that faced the impact of the hurricane. People who donate bring their foods to Ms. Ramoo in room 135-E. Doing so helps people in Jamaica stay alive and slowly rebuild their homes and lives after the damage of the hurricane.

This Food Drive is a great way to show our support and care for those in need. This Food Drive may not seem like much, but with the encouragement and support of every student and staff, it can make a significant difference in the lives of those in Jamaica.
