Hispanic Heritage Month

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the library of Martin Van Buren high school, there was an Hispanic heritage month event held. Entry to this event was free and everyone was welcomed.
The event held a buffet of hispanic food and teachers, Ms. Luna Then Iluminada, Ms. Constancia De La Rosa, Ms. Ruth Caceres Principal and Ms. Deborah Nettleford and were the ones serving the food, which consisted of {food that was there}.
Many students attended and came to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by enjoying Hispanic food, their music, and their dancing. The day was fantastic and full of joy as the students of Martin Van Buren embraced the vibrant culture of Hispanics.
