High School Fair -
On November 5, 2025, Martin Van Buren hosted the high schools of Queens and welcomed all middle school students and families to a high school fair.
This high school Fair was filled with lots of fun and games. During this event, multiple high schools including Townsend Harris High school, Cambria Heights Academy, Flushing High School, John Browne High School, and more came to MVB to represent their school and encourage possible future students to join.
Martin Van Buren had its JROTC, Dance team, Cheer Team, and Media Club as representatives for our school! This event also hosted sports games like girls volleyball and boys basketball. They also included multiple interviews hosted by students of MVB Media Club!
The High School Fair was so fun and encouraging to all middle school students and families and it was also a great way to get word out about the many different high schools Queens has to offer!
