On Tuesday, October 25, 2025, in the library of Martin Van Buren High School, there was a Hispanic Heritage Month event held. Entry to this event was free, and everyone was welcome.
The event featured a buffet of Hispanic food, and teachers Ms. Luna Then Iluminada, Ms. Constancia De La Rosa, Ms. Ruth Caceres, Principal, and Ms. Deborah Nettleford were the ones serving the food, which consisted of {food that was there}.
Many students attended and came to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by enjoying Hispanic food, music, and dancing. The day was fantastic and full of joy as the students of Martin Van Buren embraced the vibrant culture.
